We thank that a 75 mg dose of aspirin (two tablets of Delisprin) or 500-1000 mg of paracetamol (one or two tablets of paracetamol) or Ibuprofen 400 mg are enough to reduce pain in most cases. If the pain reappears or is of a severe nature and not relieved by these, a doctor should be consulted who may investigate the underlying cause and treat it.
It is advisable to avoid the use of multiple drugs containing pain reliever.
